My Associates and I specialize in listing and selling Business Opportunities in the County of San Diego, California. We have been in business, as Real Estate Brokers & Agents, specializing in the exclusive sale of Businesses since 1985. We have sold hundreds of businesses all the way from the million dollars Manufacturing/Distribution companies to the small Mom & Pop deli's.

Small Business

We believe that there is no such a thing as "a small business" as what may be small to one person could be gigantic to the other, therefore we treat all businesses with the same respect, care and most importantly: confidentiality. We know, having been business owners ourselves, how important and fragile the value of "goodwill" may be.

Negotiations

Our forte is "NEGOTIATION". This is what we do best. We believe that anytime we deal with a serious and willing seller on the one hand and a serious and able Buyer on the other, there is "always" a way to make a deal. Always! The same goes for Landlords & Tenants, Creditors and Debtors. We use our knowledge and experience to assist our clients (Buyers/Sellers) negotiate successfully either with each other or with third parties.

Commissions

Our Broker's Commission has "never" been an obstacle for closing a deal. We pride ourselves in being "deal makers” not “deal breakers"... At the end of the day, we can only earn our living in seeing the deal close successfully; meaning that all involved parties, Buyer & Seller, have happily reached their goals (We love a “Win/Win" situation!)
